To provide adults in the Regina area with access to a variety of sports leagues where the focus is on having fun and being social rather than competitive play. 

About Us
RRL is Regina’s largest co-ed recreational sports league and social club for adults. Since 2007 we have been hosting a variety of sports leagues where the focus is on having fun and socializing with friends. Joining RRL is a great way to stay active, have fun with friends and meet new people.

RRL offers a line-up of 11 different sports and activities every night of the week with various skill levels, ranging from rookie to intermediate. There really is a league for everyone.  Our leagues run on a quarterly basis (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) and our online registration system is a fast and secure way to register as an individual player, small group, or full team. Simply fill out the registration form and we will take care of the rest.
